Confirmatory testing is considered the “gold-standard” in laboratory testing and is typically required in a court of law when sanctions are being considered.

RSI LABORATORIES provides professional court testimony with any lab specimen that has been confirmed using GC/MS confirmatory testing through RSI LABORATORIES. Telephone, video and/or Skype testimony is provided to all locations within the United States. In-person court testimony is available within limited areas and extra fees apply.

A subpoena is required for testimony and must be submitted to the lab at least 5 days before testimony is to occur.
