Confirmatory testing is considered the “gold-standard” in laboratory testing and is typically required in a court of law when sanctions are being considered.

RSI LABORATORIES provides professional court testimony with any lab specimen that has been confirmed using mass spectrometry confirmation testing through RSI LABORATORIES. Telephone, video and/or ZOOM testimony is provided to all locations within the United States. In-person court testimony is available within limited areas and extra fees apply.

A subpoena is required for testimony and must be submitted to the lab at least 5 days before testimony is to occur.
